“Unassuming Thursday”

8:30AM I woke up

8:45- 9:30AM Upper body workout; 50X push ups, Abs 60X with free weight, Shoulders with free weights 45 reps, triceps 60X, lower back bend over with free weights 80X.

Calf 50X or until it burns.

9:30AM sprint running for 20 minutes.

10AM Breakfast; a slice of toast with peanut butter, half a cup of natural (no flavor) yougart with blueberries, cinnamon powder (unflavored), and a drizzle of organic honey. Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10:20AM a quick shower.

10:45- start walking to work.

11-7PM focus on creating best memories for customers.

12PM had my power drink made of water, 1 teaspoon of macha tea, less than a scoop of protein powder, and 5ml of creatine powder.

2:00PM lunch; I had half a size of my palm of grilled chicken, cut up yellow and red peppers and tomatoes. With no artificial dressings or salt. Cutting down my curbs in take for a week.

7:30PM Walking towards grocery store. While in the store; picked up few items off the floor and put it back on the shelves; apples, tomatoes, and bag of carrots. “My Daily dose of kindness. 

I am so happy to rescue two boxes of rotten vegetable from one of the stores for my compost bin, too! Yay……….!!

Dinner at 8PM Left overs.

TODAY IS A GIFT.
